                - All delivery orders must be placed at least 90 minutes in advance (except for selected items), cakes from Shophouse by Shangri-La will require 3 days advance order.
 
                - Delivery fee is SGD20 nett per location in Singapore. Complimentary delivery for purchases above SGD200 nett.
 
            
            
            	Takeaway

            	Refund/Cancellation Policy
            
            
            
                - Payment will not be refunded or exchanged for cash. Any un-used value will be forfeited.
 
                - Should there be any ordered items(s) which are not available, the hotel shall contact the customer to offer alternatives. Customer can choose to either:
