Agreement to Terms of Use

  • Prices quoted are in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and are inclusive of prevailing government taxes.
  • Kindly inform us of any allergies or special dietary requirements when placing your order.
  • Please review your orders for accuracy before checkout. No changes can be made once orders have been placed.
  • To order online, registered customers must first log in by keying in their email address and password.
  • Mode of payment is strictly by credit or debit cards only.
  • Not valid with membership, credit card and promotional programs, benefits and discounts.
  • Golden Circle point accrual is valid. Please provide membership number.

  • All delivery orders must be placed at least 2 hours in advance, except for cakes from Shophouse by Shangri-la which will require 3 days advance order.
  • First delivery is at 12pm, last delivery is at 8pm (last order by 6pm).
  • Delivery fee is SGD20 nett per location in Singapore. Complimentary delivery for purchases above SGD200 nett.


  • All orders must be placed at least 90 minutes in advance.
  • Last order for lunch is 2pm (Last pick-up by 2:30pm); Last order for dinner is 9pm (Last pick-up by 9.30pm).
  • All orders can be collected from Shophouse by Shangri-La, located in the Tower Wing Lobby or Grab & Go from hotel's driveway.

Refund/Cancellation Policy

  • Payment will not be refunded or exchanged for cash. Any un-used value will be forfeited.
  • Should there be any ordered items(s) which are not available, the hotel shall contact the customer to offer alternatives. Customer can choose to either:
    1. Accept alternative item suggested by hotel, or
    2. Cancelling the order and receive full refund
