Agreement to Terms of Use

  • Prices quoted are in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and are inclusive of prevailing government taxes.
  • Kindly inform us of any allergies or special dietary requirements when placing your order.
  • Please review your orders for accuracy before checkout. No changes can be made once orders have been placed.
  • To order online, registered customers must first log in by keying in their email address and password.
  • Mode of payment is strictly by credit or debit cards only.
  • Not valid with membership, credit card and promotional programs, benefits and discounts.
  • Shangri-La Circle members can earn points on purchases made. Please provide membership number.

  • All online takeaway items must be ordered 1 hour in advance.
  • Self pick-up hours are from 12pm to 9pm.
  • All orders can be collected from the Trapizza main entrance.

Refund/Cancellation Policy

  • Payment will not be refunded or exchanged for cash. Any unused value will be forfeited.
  • Should there be any ordered items(s) which are not available, the hotel shall contact the customer to offer alternatives. The customer can choose to either:
    1. Accept alternative item suggested by hotel, or
    2. Cancel the order and receive a full refund
