This voucher is non-refundable, non-exchangeable for cash in part or in whole, and may not be used as rebate.
This voucher may be used to settle charges for accommodation, in-room dining, food and beverage dine-in at participating food and beverage outlets, and Chi, The Spa products and services at Shangri-La hotels and resorts in Singapore.
The value of the voucher is equivalent to the Singapore currency as printed.
This voucher is not applicable for banquet charges, dine-in at Zeniya Singapore, online takeaways and delivery orders.
If actual consumption exceeds the value of this voucher, the difference shall be paid and settled at the participating hotels and outlets by other payment methods. Any unused balance will not be refunded.
Expired vouchers will not be accepted. Strictly no extension of validity dates will be allowed or entertained.
The Shangri-La Group reserves the right to change any Terms & Conditions without prior notice.
In the event of any dispute, the decision of the Shangri-La Group is final.
