Prices quoted are in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and are inclusive of prevailing government taxes.

Shangri-La Circle point accrual is valid. Please provide membership number.

CNY Delivery

All delivery orders must be placed 48 hours in advance.
Delivery fee is SGD20nett per location in Singapore. Complimentary delivery for orders of SGD300 nett and above, in a single transaction.

CNY Takeaway

All orders must be placed 48 hours in advance.
Self pick-up available from 11am to 8pm
31 January 2022 (eve of CNY) orders can be collected at the ballroom, 11am - 4.30pm. From 30 December 2021 to 6 February 2022, orders can be collected at the Chinese New Year booth in the hotel lobby, 11am - 9pm.From 7 to 15 February 2022, orders can be collected at Shang Palace, 11am - 8pm.

Refund/Cancellation Policy

Payment will not be refunded or exchanged for cash. Any un-used value will be forfeited.
