For the first time, The Line will collaborate with Rumah Makan Minang Indonesian Restaurant. Opened in 1954, it is a multi-generational nasi padang eatery restaurant situated on Kandahar Street specialising in Indonesian Minangbakabau cuisine. Seven traditional dishes will be added to the dinner menu from 12 to 15 May.

Hari Raya Indulgence Arabic Set

Indulge in authentic Arabic cuisine specialty prepared by Shangri-La’s Lebanese Specialty Chef Ara. Presented as 4-course set especially for Hari Raya, the menu features cold mezze like the traditional hummus that takes 18 hours to make and culminates in a creamy texture, and hot mezze of grass-fed beef grilled with nuts and homemade pomegranate molasses. Expect main dishes such as Shish Taook, Lamb Biryani and Beef Rendang. End the meal on a sweet note with Baklava, featuring chopped pistachio sandwiched between 30 layers of paper-thin phyllo pastry.
